Please provide us with a full list of products you wish to order including scents and sizes. We will also be collecting your name, address, phone number, email address and payment option. Please have this information ready when placing your order.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Order or Certified Cheque.

shipping policies

White's Bath & Body is happy to ship your order to any location in Canada using Canada Post or Canpar. Shipping rates will be discussed at the time your order is placed.

1. Delivery costs will vary depending on your order (weight, volume, destination, speed of delivery)

2. The delivery will be made as soon as possible by White's Bath & Body upon approval of your order. The cost and speed of delivery may vary depending on the destination, the mode of delivery, as well as product availability. The delivery time is calculated as of the product's date of departure from White's Bath & Body.

3. Products are deemed your property upon their release by White's Bath & Body to the transport company. As of such time, you assume all risk, and White's Bath & Body is no longer responsible for the loss or destruction of the products.

4. If you are absent from the location provided to White's Bath & Body for product delivery, it is your responsibility to pick up the undelivered products from any of the companies used to deliver the products as specified above in accordance with their policies.

5. White's Bath & Body must obtain full payment of products ordered before shipment.

6. Orders cannot be split and must be shipped to a single address.

7. In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address.
